We changed the name to merge one of our favorite cheeses with one of our favorite breeds. Based on an Alpine (think Swiss) small herd cheese. Slightly nutty, Great for snacking and making grilled cheese sandwiches! Our Tarentaise Cow influence in our herd makes great milk for making cheese.
gouda
A slightly sweet very versatile cheese.
Gruyere
Based on the Alpine cheese where the Tarentaise Breed originates. Has a rich, slightly fruity and sweet flavor. It's wonderful in fondue or on a charcuterie board.
Parmesan
Aged a minimum of 12 months.
