Raw milk
$7.50/gallon
$2 jar first time jar deposit unless you bring your own jars. Exchange empty jars each time you purchase milk.

Sometimes milk is available without prior reservation.
We are a Raw Milk Institute Listed Farm.
Cheese
Gouda, Tarentaise Cow Cheese, Colby, Gruyere, and Parmesan.
Our Gruyere and Tarentaise Cow Cheese both earned Blue Ribbons at the 2026 Missouri State Fair
beef
Not soley grass fed, but not grain finished. Our cows have year round access to pasture and they are offered a small amount of grain daily to ensure all of their nutritional needs are met.
USDA processed cuts available; also whole and half sides
hamburger, roasts, and steaks - call for availability and prices
tallow
Rendered suet (fat from the kidneys). We double render without use of water or salt.
